MEGAVENTS is the kitchen ventilation brand of Megaverks Technologies, a precision sheet-metal manufacturing company based in Bengaluru's Rajajinagar Industrial Estate.
We specialize in custom-designed and fabricated commercial kitchen ventilation systems — exhaust hoods, air handling units (AHU), dry scrubbers and GI ducting — for restaurants, hotels, hospitals, airports, institutions and industrial kitchens across India.
Our in-house CNC manufacturing facility allows us to design, fabricate and deliver custom ventilation systems faster, with tighter quality control and at competitive cost — all under one roof.

How We Build
Our Bengaluru facility is equipped with advanced CNC machines enabling full in-house fabrication — from sheet metal cutting to powder coating.
Amada VIPROS 255 — 20 Ton, 1250×2500mm for precision panel punching.
Amada RG 100 — 100 Ton, 3100mm. Precise bending for duct and hood profiles.
ADH 3015 — 1500×3000mm. Clean, burr-free cuts on SS and GI sheets.
2 MIG + 2 TIG welding units for strong, clean welds on all duct and hood joints.
Seven-tank pre-treatment + powder coating line for durable, corrosion-resistant finish.
In-house 2D AutoCAD (ZWCAD) & 3D SolidWorks design for custom fabrication drawings.
